Chin tucks


Step 1—Sitting on the mat with proper posture begin with your neck/head in an upright position.


Step 2—Push your chin out forward (protraction)


Step 3—then bring your chin back to normal position, then farther back (retraction).
Step 4—Repeat steps 1-3 for the amount of reps you are assigned. \

Chin rotate


Step 1—Sitting on the mat with proper posture begin with your neck/head in an upright position.


Step 2—Rotate your head to the right.


Step 3—Then turn your head back to the middle.


Step 4—Rotate your head to the left.


Step 5—Return your head back to the center.
Step 6—Repeat steps 1-5 for the amount of reps you are assigned
